Are there power outlets on the property?Yes. There are 9 power drops strategically placed throughout the property.

What time does my event need to end?Most events need to end by 12am. If a special event permit is granted by the County of Riverside, the end time will be specified in the permit.

Are tables and chairs available?Yes. Tables and chairs for 100 guests are included in the venue fee. Tables are 6 ft. folding tables. Chairs are white plastic folding chairs. Linens are not included.

How late can music be played?Music can be played until 12am. If a special event permit is granted by the County of Riverside, the end time will be specified in the permit.

Do you have an in-house event planner?We have an event manager who is available to answer web inquiries and other questions, schedule and host walk throughs, and send and receive contracts and financial transactions. You may work with the event planner of your choosing.

Is there on-site parking available?Yes. There is parking for 220 vehicles, if professionally parked. There is room for buses and large passenger vans to park, or drop-off and pick-up.

Is live music allowed at the venue?Yes.

What is the venue fee?The venue fee is based on the type of event. Please complete the contact form and list your event type so we can get the proper fee structure to you.

Do you work with preferred or exclusive vendors?No. You may bring in vendors of your choosing. If you are looking for recommendations, we are happy to put you in contact with a variety of vendors we are familiar with.

Is there lighting throughout the property?Yes. There are bistro string lights lining the perimeter of The Gathering and The Mesa and throughout The Grove. There are also path lights around Lake Tadros, LED lights on The Dock, and uplighting on trees and other natural features. There are some areas where you may want additional lighting. Feel free to schedule a nighttime walk through if appropriate for your event.

Are restrooms available for use during events?There are 3 restroom stalls available for use during events. Each restroom is equipped with a toilet, sink, trash can, mirror, toilet paper, paper towels, and soap. Events exceeding 200 guests will need to rent additional restrooms to be used during the event.

Is there a space to get ready for my wedding, party, or other celebration?Yes. Our packing house is available at an additional cost. It is a metal building with concrete floors. There is ample open space, 2 restrooms, multiple power outlets, and bright lighting.
